Good morning everyone I am Kriti and hope that you are safe from covid-19 and so am I ! so let's get started with our topic INDOOR AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES .What are indoor and outdoor activities ?In my thought Indoor activities are carried out inside a space. They are limited to the conditions of the place where they are held, to the number of people participating in the activities, among other factors.Outdoor activities are carried out in an outdoor space. It can be a green space on a property or in contact with nature. This is my opinion ,your opinion must be other. Now let me tell you what are the differences between indoor and outdoor activities are, that many outdoor games are considered to be sports and even have official competitions, such as Frisbee.Indoor games are typically any game which must be played inside, away from the possibility of interference due to weather (rain, wind, etc.)Now it is the time to tell you what are the benefits of indoor activities :they are that, the health aspect of indoor games and activities is also a big advantage as it helps to keep our muscles and bones strong. It manages the flow of blood in our body and reduces the risk of cardiac diseases, depression, and weight gain, while improving our memory and mental health. And the benefits of outdoor activities .
1. Unplug from the daily grind
Today, almost every second of our daily life is about technology- from working with a computer in the office to countless hours of watching television at home. Going out for a walk or sitting in a park could give you the opportunity to unplug, rest, and reset. It will reduce the anxiety and stress associated with today’s on-demand society.
2. Improved physique
Well, outdoor recreation can be physically demanding but you can be sure that such activity will work different muscles better than the machines at the gym. The motion of outdoor activities works out your stabilizer muscles in different ways thus improving muscle tone and strength.
Thank you!
