It was Diwali and my family had planned to go to Kerala ! I was very excited to go out of the state for the first time ! We were going with my father's friend .


So our journey started . First of course we had to go to the air port . My mother said that during the day it feels like we are in the clouds but we had the flight at 1 am . We had to reach 2 hours before the flight so at 10 we took are bags and reached the airport at 10 pm . After the flight we reached Kerala at dawn where everything was dark . A driver came to pick us up , we sat into a car and started our vacation . Our hotel was on a hill station . But before that we experienced the beauty of this state for the first time . We visited many places in Kerala like the , a house boat the land where the sound eco came , jungle safari and the mangroves had the poisonous mangoes and the different types of birds like a crow swimming in water and the beautiful sight at mangroves was that a river end in a sea ! and we also went into a zoo also . But this vacation's end was planned in Chennai . From there we went to Chennai by a travels and from there we went to a beach and yes , I almost forgot that we also went to Kanyakumari . There was a statue of a saint and his Samadhi was also there .


We took a flight from Chennai and went to Pune . I felt such a relief after coming back home !

  My Favourite Flower. Author : Krucha Ganesh Babar Hi, would you like to know which is my favourite flower I will tell you My favourite flower is lotus. Lotus is the National Flower of India. It is a sacred flower and occupies a unique position in the art and mythology of ancient India and has been an auspicious symbol of Indian culture since time immemorial. The colour of lotus is pink . It is an aquatic plant . Nelumbo nucifera is also known as Indian lotus . Lotus is dispersed by water the seeds sink in and the ground and then it grows and the leaf of the plant floats about the surface of water and a lotus is above the leaf. If you want a lotus plant in your garden or balcony you should use a bowl like pot which has no holes in it so that the water doesn't run out . A lotus has different colours such as pink , white , purple and yellow . THANK YOU.
