Health and fitness is important for our body.
For health you have to eat fruits and vegetables.
You can eat a healthy snack like apple,orange,mango or a glass of milk.
Fitness is also important for our body.
We have to do fitness everyday like stretching.
Both the things fitness and healthy food is important for our body.
We can do our favourite exercise.
My favourite exercise is aeroplane pose,jumping jacks. I do it every day.
My favourite vegetable is spinach.
I like eating healthy food and doing fitness.
