5. Downward - Facing Dog ( Adho Mukha Svanasana )

My Experience after doing yoga everyday - When I started doing yoga I felt it was boring and just waste of time but when I followed it everyday I felt so refreshed and energetic . Now I do yoga everyday .

So friends did you see there are so many benefits of yoga . So from today onwards do yoga poses for at least 15 minutes .
