Food in India is different for every state. Every single spice is used in India food, so lets know some food in different in different states .


Jammu & Kashmir - Kashmiri Cusine is meat based , Turnips , spinach , chicken & fish & loutus root . Kahwa is a important beverage for them.


Punjab - Punjab has most common cusine in India . Punjabi cusine is Vegetarian & Non - vegetarian dishes .


Kerala - Cusine of kerala use most of coconut , fish & rice . Spices like Cinnamon , clove & black pepper are widely used.


Rajasthan - Dairy products like such as ghee , milk & buttermilk are comsumed . Millets , bajra , corn etc are used in making flour.


Maharashtra - Maharastrian cusine use vegetable , fish & coconut. Peanuts ,cashewnuts & kokum are used to make curries.


Sikkim - Bamboo Shoots are used widely to make curries & pickels . People in sikkim are rice eater but nowadays eat chappatis.


Gujrat - Gujrati food flavours are sweet , sour & use lemons , tomatoes rice & roti. they use lemons for keep dehydrated.


Arunachal Pradesh - The cusine include of meat , fish , green vegetables & herbs. Minimal spices are used in food .
